1. Hip and Knee Care is an independent entity which is run by individual consultant doctors who have agreed to have their names on our website. Therefore, individual consultant doctors are responsible for their clinical decisions and treatment of individual patients.

2. In case of any grievances/dispute the individual consultant will take responsibility for dealing with these and Hip and Knee Care as an entity will not be responsible. However, any communication to Joint Biologics will be forwarded to concerned consultants in timely fashion. Similarly, any correspondences from individual consultant doctor will be forwarded to the recipient as and when required.

3. Any dispute should be addressed to individual consultant doctors and not Hip and Knee Care. You can use our email for any correspondence. But the response will be provided by individual practitioner.

4. Our consultant doctors deal only with non-urgent/ non-emergency conditions. In case of any urgent treatment before or after their treatment with us, we advise you to contact your own doctor or local hospital.
